21st Century Physio started after several years of travelling the world teaching over 5000 health and fitness professionals with my education company Movement Assessment Technologies and getting the same questions and seeing the same struggles from these professionals all around the world.
These were problems I related to, having experience similar early in my career as an Osteopath, which lead me back to study my second Masters degree in Physiotherapy and looking for a better solution.
Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) that solution (adding more University debt) and subsequently opening my own practice only compounded the issues, which as I have learnt are far too common for health and fitness professionals and lead them to burn out (I've been there), going back to do further study (don't do it out of despair), leaving the profession or even worse being chained to a job they don't enjoy.
